• Account data — email address, full name, and authentication credentials (managed by Supabase Auth).
• Profile data — career information you enter: current role, target roles, work history, skills, education, and psychometric assessment results.
• Usage data — how you interact with the app, features used, and AI conversation logs. These are used to personalize your experience and improve the product.
• Documents — resumes and cover letters you generate or upload.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Personalize your AI career mentor (Xubelo) with context about your background and goals.
• Generate tailored resumes, cover letters, and skill assessments.
• Match you with relevant job opportunities.
• Improve our AI models using anonymized, aggregated usage patterns.
• Send product emails (welcome, password reset, feature updates).

Xubelo does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI model provider
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting
• Railway — AI agent infrastructure

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@xubelo.com. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use row-level security on our database so only your authenticated session can access your data.

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
