Xubelo is currently in beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, or removed at any time without notice. We provide no uptime guarantees during the beta period. Use of Xubelo during beta is provided free of charge and at your own risk.

By using Xubelo, you agree not to:

• Use the platform to generate false credentials, fake work experience, or fraudulent documents.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI systems.
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform.
• Upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

Xubelo uses AI to generate resumes, cover letters, skill assessments, interview prep, and career advice. AI outputs are provided as-is and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in job applications or professional contexts.

Xubelo is not liable for any outcomes — including rejection, termination, or other consequences — arising from the use of AI-generated content.

You retain full ownership of content you upload or create on Xubelo (profile data, resumes, cover letters). By using the platform, you grant Xubelo a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service.

Xubelo may use anonymized and aggregated usage patterns (never personally identifiable) to improve our AI models and product features. This data cannot be linked back to any individual user.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xubelo and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of employment opportunities or professional outcomes.

We may update these terms as the product and business evolve. Continued use of Xubelo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
